This is one of the easiest appetizers you will ever make. I hesitated to even post this recipe because it’s so simple, but they are just so good that I had to share.
The recipe is only three ingredients: mini bell peppers, cream cheese, and bacon. That’s it.
The prep time is 10 minutes or less, and then you just pop them into the open for about 25-30 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut stems off peppers and remove seeds from inside peppers.
Stuff peppers with cream cheese.Wrap peppers in bacon (it’s up to you if you want to use a whole or half piece of bacon) and insert toothpick to hold bacon in place.Bake peppers for 25-30 minutes until bacon is fully cooked and slightly crispy.
