I’ve been doing at-home workouts for almost 10 years. I really enjoy the convenience and efficiency of working out at home.
I’ve previously written about my journey to find workouts that suit me and to get to a place where I’m consistent with exercise.
Whether you are a gym-goer or not, having a library of workouts at your disposal can increase the likelihood that you will stay consistent with exercise, even if you can’t get to the gym or are traveling and still want to exercise.
I’ve started plenty of workouts and realized partway through that it just wasn’t going to cut it for a good workout and felt frustrated that I wasted the time.
So I’ve done some vetting for you and found 12 workouts that are free and can be done in anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes. I’m also linking to my Pinterest board which has even more free workouts that I enjoy.
