roasted brussels sprouts

Roasting is my favorite way to cook veggies because I love how they get caramelized and slightly charred. (I make my roasted broccoli recipe on the reg.) Brussels sprouts are so good roasted and made extra yummy with a drizzle of balsamic glaze on top. The perfect side dish!

INGREDIENTS

16 oz. fresh Brussels Sprouts

Olive oil

Salt, pepper, and garlic

Balsamic glaze (from Trader Joe’s)

fresh brussels sprouts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425d.
  2. Cut off stems and slice brussels sprouts in half.
  3. Spread on a baking pan.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Roasted for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. You’ll know they’re done when they are crispy and tender.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  8. Enjoy!
