Roasting is my favorite way to cook veggies because I love how they get caramelized and slightly charred. (I make my roasted broccoli recipe on the reg.) Brussels sprouts are so good roasted and made extra yummy with a drizzle of balsamic glaze on top. The perfect side dish!
16 oz. fresh Brussels Sprouts
Salt, pepper, and garlic
Balsamic glaze (from Trader Joe’s)
- Preheat oven to 425d.
- Cut off stems and slice brussels sprouts in half.
- Spread on a baking pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Roasted for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. You’ll know they’re done when they are crispy and tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
